Immerse your group in a world of mystery, intrigue, and detective work with our exciting team challenge, Crack the Case!
In this fun challenge, participants will be placed in the shoes of trainees close to completing a private investigator course, studying to become elite detectives. The program is a challenge that is the final test of their skills before receiving certification as detectives. In order to succeed, they must work together to solve a series of puzzles and challenges designed to test creative thinking, problem-solving, ingenuity, and deductive reasoning. Ultimately, the group must solve all the challenges in the test to crack the case and prove their prowess as detectives.
Trainees are formed into teams who will work together to demonstrate the skills that they have learned throughout their training. Each team will have a case on the table before them, which they must break into and complete the tasks within.
Some essential aspects of detective work, much like any workplace, are teamwork and collaboration. Trainee teams must remember this important lesson as they will not be able to complete the challenge without collaborating with their fellow partner agency trainees along the way. Sharing information, ideas, and resources will aid the teams in reaching their common goal of successfully completing the tasks ahead of them.
The final stage of this challenge will bring the entire group together to solve the final puzzle together for ultimate collaboration. With an opportunity to include a custom company slogan or phrase in the game, this activity will conclude on a high note for the entire group that will tie back to your organization and initiatives.

The Crack the Case event went very well. The team enjoyed it very much and especially loved Paul’s ice breaker activity that wasn’t part of our original request, and he and Brian were able to pivot at the last minute to accommodate changes to our group size.
