As seen on the popular TV game show, and adapted for team play, your group will participate in rounds of fast-paced tabletop challenges. Bike Build Donation®

This is our signature program. We even delivered the largest bike build in history. 3,500 employees from Lowe’s built and donated 1,058 bicycles at a program in Las Vegas. Our facilitators have been delivering Bike Builds for over 20 years, and we continue to pioneer the future of this charity event with the use of our proprietary apps and Apple iPads®. This worthwhile program incorporates engaging audio/video clues as well as fun challenges and activities, enabling teams to earn the parts necessary to assemble bikes for children in need. Photos and videos of your participants in action will be captured on the iPads and provided to you at the end of the program.

Breaking Through

With Breaking Through, your team will experience an emotional and physical metaphor that will help illuminate mental blocks, internalized phobias, and limitations that hold them back in their personal and professional lives. Bridge to the Future

In this collaborative event, teams work together to build an actual bridge that has the strength to support the weight of the entire group. There are two amazing aspects of this project. Each section of the bridge will be an independent artistic representation of your future mission and goals AND the principal building materials of the structure are cardboard and duct tape!

Build-a-Raft Competition

This high-energy event will bring out your group’s competitive spirit as they work together to design, build and race their very own “seaworthy” vessel! Once their initial rafts are built, it’s literally sink or swim as each team takes to the water to test their craft in an effort to identify possible design flaws before the races begin! When the heats start, the excitement mounts—which crew will take home the gold? This dynamic team challenge will test each participant’s problem solving skills and creativity.

Catapult

Teams will utilize their creative brainpower to build a working catapult, which will launch small objects when completed. This corporate team building activity has two distinct launch phases, which add to the challenge and fun. The first phase is the launch-for-distance competition, while the second phase tests accuracy. The pressure to succeed builds, as each team attempts to earn the most points.

Chili Cook-Off

Your group will bond in the kitchen as they put their culinary prowess to the test in this spicy competition. Breaking into smaller teams, participants will make chili from their own original recipe in the hopes of being named the Chili Cook-Off champions! With the prepping and cooking underway, teams will also complete challenges delivered through Apple iPads® and create a presentation or song to market their delicious creation.

Chocolate Architect

During this delicious team building event, your group will design and build a themed structure, utilizing various candies and chocolate delicacies. Teams will complete challenges, using Apple iPads, in order to gain chocolate building materials and a variety of confectionary decorations. After the last Skittle® is put in place, teams come together to showcase their themed masterpiece!

City SmartHunt®

City SmartHunt® is the ultimate technology-driven scavenger hunt. Your group will experience the interactive features of our SmartHunts app on Apple® iPads® that utilize text messaging, audio, video, FaceTime®, social media, QR codes, and GPS with built-in mapping to produce the coolest hunts ever! SmartHunts® have two-way messaging so teams are connected with the SmartHunts Master who tracks them using GPS and monitors photos and scoring from the teams during the hunt.

Competition to Collaboration®

Our engaging, trademarked training program that highlights the positive impacts of organizational synergy, both in sharing best practices and celebrating your colleagues’ successes. This is followed by a surprise twist that reinforces the message of team collaboration.

Corporate Canvas

Nothing says teamwork like a huge Corporate Canvas painted (and signed!) by employees of your company! The perfect addition to any event, many people can paint because all four canvases are paint-by-number and painters (employees) can spend as little or as much time as they want with a brush. Each numbered container of paint represents a different color that corresponds to a number on your Corporate Canvas, so the beauty and success of our final painting is assured.

Corporate Survivor

Corporate Survivor is a riveting and competitive team building event that will test the full measure of your team’s abilities. Loosely fashioned after the hit reality show, it challenges your tribal group to survive a series of unique and challenging activities. Giant Slingshot, Blindfolded Obstacle Course, Stepping Stones and others incorporate communication, strategizing, leadership and trust. The various events will have you racing against the stopwatch, managing the unexpected in direct head-to-head competition with another tribe!

Crack the Case!

Immerse your group in a world of mystery, intrigue, and detective work with our exciting team challenge, Crack the Case! In this fun challenge, participants will be placed in the shoes of trainees close to completing a private investigator course, studying to become elite detectives. The program is a challenge that is the final test of their skills before receiving certification as detectives. In order to succeed, they must work together to solve a series of puzzles and challenges designed to test creative thinking, problem-solving, ingenuity, and deductive reasoning. Ultimately, the group must solve all the challenges in the test to crack the case and prove their prowess as detectives.

Fiesta Fun!

Fiesta Fun! is a delicious and exciting recipe contest where your teams will combine creativity with culinary skill to make their own brand of Salsa, Guacamole and Golden Margaritas! Experience the sights, sounds and flavor of Mexico with the beat of Mexican music setting the stage for this gastronomical team builder. Once the creations are finished, it’s on to the judges table to see who will win the medal for best taste, creativity and presentation.

Food Truck Face-Off

Set your team on course for a culinary adventure with Food Truck Face-Off. This is a deliciously exciting competition and bonding experience. After forming into sub-teams, participants will choose a cuisine and theme for their very own “food truck”. Teams will name their company, design a logo, build, decorate and market their truck and cook an original dish. Once the gold-winning team has been chosen, all will be invited to roam from truck to truck and sample all of the tasty creations!

Go-Kart Competition

Put the pedal to the metal and get your group fired up with Go-Kart Competition, a high-octane event where teams turn into competing pit crews and drivers – designing and building their own self-powered go-karts to race to the finish line. Igniting Team Performance Series™

This exclusive training will guide your team through a progressive series of engaging initiatives followed by rich processing discussions focused on high-performing teams. Mavericks Murder Mystery

Welcome to the first-ever virtual and augmented reality enabled team challenge, Mavericks Murder Mystery! Your team is immersed in the crime plot… an in-depth storyline is provided, with details about the eight prime suspects. Each player is assigned a character, and a location to examine the crime scene through a mobile device. The unique aspect of this Murder Mystery challenge is that the physical game meets virtual and augmented reality!

Momentum

Momentum is an inventive team building event where each sub-team will be tasked with designing and building a Rube Goldberg-style chain reaction machine to accomplish a simple task. Teams must collaborate and strategize together to not only create a successful contraption but also to out-design other teams and ultimately be declared the Momentum champions!

Morning Jumpstart

Kick off your group’s day with Morning Jumpstart! This fun and engaging program was developed based on requests from clients to create an event that can be delivered on any day of the week as a fun way to launch into a productive workday with smiles and camaraderie. Morning Jumpstart will promote team cohesion and enhance relationships through a fun series of games, challenges, and morning wake-up-themed activities.

Pipeline

This collaborative event challenges teams to build a large marble delivery system, with each sub-team working on their own section to ultimately be joined into one cohesive, working mechanism. Each stage must be planned carefully, with participants involved in every aspect of the Pipeline project – from concept and design to construction using PVC piping, bamboo, rope and other materials.

Race Car Rally

Race Car Rally is an exciting program of fun, race-related activities that enable teams to assemble the race-worthy cars, built for speed, on special Lego car platforms! As teams continually gain points through their iPad challenges, they will be rewarded with trips to our car store to obtain the parts they need for their build. Each team will attempt to build the fastest car on Lego car platforms, picking wheels, blocks, windshields, and even Lego drivers.

Speed Networking

This engaging get-to-know-you event incorporates a series of fun and challenging icebreaker activities, which are conducted in small table group rotations. After every 15-minute challenge, teams are quickly reformed and a new challenge begins, allowing for maximum networking opportunities. This team building program is a fun and engaging way to strengthen bonds and encourage open and productive workplace interaction.

Tapas and Sangria Making

Emphasizing creativity, delegation and teamwork, Tapas and Sangria is a program with a lot of punch. Your group will be formed into “wineries” tasked to develop, make and market their own brand of Sangria. Each winery will also make tapas from cold ingredients – no recipes provided! The event will close with a tasting contest and awards presentation for Best Tasting Tapas, Best Sangria and Best Marketing Campaign.

Team Olympics

Indoor and Outdoor versions! This set of fun and engaging team building games combines high-energy competition with basic athletic ability, allowing for full and active participation. Next, your very own VIP will take the opening lap around the playing field and the games begin. Your group will have a blast as they compete to stand on the winner’s podium.

Total Recall

Improve your group’s communication skills with this effective, challenging, multi-faceted team building event that requires each team to replicate a pre-built structure by using only verbal descriptions and high-quality communication skills through a chain of conversations. With just five members in each team, participants choose a role and must be prepared to communicate accurately and precisely as a looker, a buyer, a builder or one of the two runners in order to replicate the pre-built structure.

Having the employees from different Siemens sites working together to accomplish one common goal was great team building exercise. Our employees had a great time building their bridges and as a whole loved it and your facilitators made the employees feel at ease. We didn’t have any negative feedback about our Bridge to the Future. It was a great opportunity for the employees from different locations to meet each other since they will be interacting as the company transitions and develops its new vision.
